Terms of Service

This SelfShare file sharing Service Agreement (the "Agreement") describes the terms and conditions on which SelfShare file sharing ("we") offer services to you ("User"). By using our services, User agrees to be bound by the following terms and conditions and by the laws in their respective countries regading online conduct and copyright laws:

• We reserve the right to disable direct linking on user accounts that are using excessive bandwidth or otherwise abusing the system.
  
  
• Pornography, nudity, sexual images and any kind of offensive images or videos are prohibited. Copyrighted material is also strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to decide appropriate content and can delete images or videos at any time without User notification.
  
  
• Users must agree to comply with all laws which apply to their location, including copyright and trademark laws. If copyright and/or trademark laws are not regulated in the User country then international laws will apply. Images, videos and files that violate copyrights or trademarks are not allowed. If someone has an infringement claim against you, you will be asked to remove the copyrighted file until the issue is resolved. If there is a dispute between participants on this site, SelfShare file sharing is under no obligation to become involved.
  
  
• SelfShare rapid file sharing is not liable for your images, videos or files or any lost business due to the unavailability or loss of the website. We make no claims of future reliability in serving, hosting or storing your images, videos or files.
  
  
• We reserve the right to alter these Terms of Service at any time.



• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.



• We may, but we are under no obligation to, remove Content and accounts containing Content that we determine in our sole discretion are unlawful, offensive, threatening, libelous, defamatory, obscene or otherwise objectionable or violates any party's intellectual property or these Terms of Service.



• If a user is found to be using SelfShare file sharing to host icons, smileys, buddy icons, forum avatars, forum badges, forum signature files, or any other graphic for website design all your files will be removed.

SelfShare file sharing is commited to cooperate with any and all legal authorities if an investigation should arise.

SelfShare file sharing claims no intellectual property rights over the files uploaded by its' users. SelfShare file sharing will review all copyright © infringement claims received and remove files found to have been uploaded or distributed in violation of any such laws.

To make a valid claim you must provide SelfShare file sharing with the following information:

• A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or the person authorized to act on its behalf;



• A description of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed;



• A description of the infringing material and information reasonably sufficient to permit SelfShare file sharing to locate the material;



• Your contact information, including your address, telephone number, and email;



• A statement by you that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and



• A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and, under the pains and penalties of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
